Collaborating to Support Children, Youth and Families

Resources is proud to work alongside a wide network of community partners committed to improving outcomes for children and youth with complex needs.

Our goal is to create pathways to stability, belonging, and hope by partnering with families, service providers, and systems of support. Through respectful, responsive collaboration, we help foster inclusive practices and coordinated services across settings.

Our Approach

We provide individualized, inclusive support that centres the strengths, identities and priorities of each child and family. Our staff bring deep expertise in early learning, child development, family engagement, and inclusive practice—and we show up with integrity, care, and a commitment to meaningful partnership.

We work with community partners to:

  • Build coordinated, family-centered plans

  • Reduce barriers to participation across home, school, and community

  • Promote inclusive environments where all children and youth are welcomed and supported

Why We Partner

We believe that effective support is built through strong relationships and shared values. We centre the voices of families, listen deeply, and honour the knowledge and expertise of those we serve.

Together, we can shape a future grounded in equity, opportunity, and lasting impact.

If your organization is supporting a child, youth or family who may benefit from our services, or if you are exploring opportunities for partnership, we welcome your connection.
