Partnering for Inclusion, Belonging & Possibility
At Resources we deeply value our partnerships with child care centres and early learning professionals. Together, we create welcoming and inclusive environments where all children can thrive—no matter their needs, strengths, or circumstances.
Our Resource Consultants work directly within child care settings, partnering with educators and staff to support the meaningful participation and inclusion of children with complex needs. We believe that every child belongs, and we’re here to help you put that belief into action.
How We Work Together
We take a collaborative and respectful approach, working alongside you and your team to build strategies, share resources, and strengthen inclusive practices. Our support is:
-
Individualized – tailored to the unique strengths, needs and goals of each child and their family
-
Responsive – based on ongoing observation, reflection, and the priorities you identify
-
Culturally Attuned – grounded in relationships that honour each child’s identity, culture, and story
We listen deeply, engage meaningfully, and centre families as experts in their child’s life. Through shared learning and open dialogue, we co-create environments where children feel seen, supported, and valued.
Our Commitment
Our agency’s mission is to partner with individuals, families, child care centres and community organizations to create pathways toward stability, belonging and hope for children and youth with complex needs.
We know that inclusion is an ongoing journey, and we’re committed to walking that path with you. Our knowledgeable and compassionate team is here to help reduce barriers, support participation, and nurture a sense of belonging in every space where children grow and learn.
Why It Matters
We believe in the hope and possibility that emerges when communities work together. Through our partnerships with child care centres like yours, we foster a future shaped by inclusion, opportunity and lasting impact—for children, families, and educators alike.
Thank you for the incredible work you do every day. We’re honoured to be part of your team.
