Early Learning Inclusion (ELI) Services Provides support to licensed child care, home child care, approved recreation and EarlyON programs. 

The ELI Consultant, with the early learning team, focuses on:

• identifying strengths and opportunities for inclusion within the early learning setting;
• including children with a variety of needs by providing strategies, helping to modify the physical environment, and supporting the creation of ISPs;
• supporting the navigation and linkage with other services that will assist children who have identified needs; and
• promoting partnerships with parents and caregivers.
